The Advanced Mask Technology Center GmbH Co. KG (AMTC) is well known as a worldwide leading center for the development and production of highly advanced photomasks, which are crucial devices used in the manufacturing process of integrated circuits.

Established in 2002, the AMTC is today an equally owned Joint Venture of GLOBALFOUNDRIES (GF) and Toppan Photomasks Inc. (TPI) located in the heart of Silicon Saxony (Germany).

The AMTC provides high-quality photomasks to GF and TPI’s European and global networks of customers, and continuously supports its joint venture partners in the development of next-generation semiconductor process technology.
